windows 3.1下的输入法不多，英文系统下能用的更少。能广泛使用的就是下面这个长城公司的gwabc输入法，有些beta版的win3x只能用这个。挂上中文平台即可使用，看起来应该是智能abc的前身。

记得最早在win3.x下播放midi时，调了很长时间的控制面板中的midi映射器都不行，最后还是这个wingroove有效，记得要设置为windows驱动，这样各种游戏软件调用midi时都会有声音了。/RfVW YW[K6[

四通利方的richwin中文平台，个人觉得是win3x下带拼音输入法最好的中文平台，其多元拼音可以记词组，而且绿色可移植到其他电脑或系统，用于win95也没问题(98和nt好像不行)。注意要修改winmate.ini中的路径。*XN:e7Lt

非常有意思的一个midi音乐编辑器，注意在vmware虚拟机下用的话需要安装上面的wingroove并设为windows驱动。PX"B KQR$v

win3x下也有一些第三方文件管理器，我使用过的有calmira，wincmd等等。相比之下，个人感觉这个是win3x下最好的资源管理器，或者说与win9x最像的一个。g!Lot[6e)\&d@^EB

Sf|4c'Q vi+X 不注册的话30天后会不能用。这个注册版是我自己装了后注册的，主要在9x下用。当时试的时候感觉一定要放program files下才有效，但后来发现好像也没有限制。

最后这一个比较有趣，除图片所示程序外，还提供另两个程序，可在其它窗口左上角直接朗读窗口文本，以及可以用tts的语音唱歌。 e't/~Z,LgF.h
另：最后这个软件需要把文件夹中的tacontrol.ini内路径设置为当前目录，然后copy到windows目录下。

能够在win3x下朗读中文文本的工具，英文系统下也能正常使用。虽然效果比不上后来32位系统下的科大讯飞和微软的tts，但能在win3x下实现这个功能就已经非常难得了。
